Default Craigslist Eibach Sportline help!

So i finally found my deal for suspension. Someone in my area is selling sportlines on craigslist for 75bucks. Does anyone have sportlines or know which dampers they require. Also, they lower around 2 inches, is anyone running 7.5 inch wide wheels that can tell me if they rub? I have 205/50/16 tires on 16x7.5 rims

Please help, any info helps, I dont want to miss out on this deal if its a good one.

thanks!

ps. it says 00-05. As far as i know it fits 2005 also? correct me if im wrong. Thanks!

00-05 suspension parts are the same so it will fit your 2005. 2006 is when things started changing up front.

As far as rubbing, it depends on the offset of the wheels. You have pretty skinny tires, but the 7.5" wide part may hurt you.

As far as the dampers, to be effective you'll need the corresponding Eibach dampers or Koni Yellows.

The Eibach sportline springs are not that good. They will lower the heck out of the car, but the spring it self is really soft. However $75 is a good deal. You will just need to get a good damper like a Koni to match or else the ride quality will suck.
