Default Right side

I cannot for the life of mr figure out this noise I have coming from the right side. It just like a thud but only on the right, any ideas? Everything is new and we have made sure the springs are seated several times!

Thanks in advance!

Not to jack your thread, but do you know what the canister thing is that is behind the header? It looks like there is a PCV valve in it on the right side when looking at the engine. Mine is very rusty and oily and I'd like to replace it if possible.
