Hey, thanks for the pics. Now I don't feel guilty. I did mine Saturday morning also. After I was all done and roadtested it I realized I should have taken some pics. Only took me about an hour since I had already installed an ORP about 6 months ago. So I didn't have to deal with getting the factory nuts and bolts "unfrozen".

My findings so far. Louder than stock and quiter than ORP. Does not have the 2000-3000RPM "drone" of the ORP. Buttdyno did not feel any noticable difference from the ORP.

Has anyone who installed this unplugged the battery afterward to wipe the memory? I would not expect the butt-dyno to feel any different if the engine is still trying to run as though the factory cat was on it. Thanks for your impressions, though.

Uh, if you go back and read my original post you'll see I was going from an ORP to the HFC, not from a factory cat. After a couple of hundred miles of driving the butt dyno still doesn't feel any difference between the ORP and the HFC. BTW I didn't unplug the battery.

Ah, so! Thanks for pointing that out! I thought you were going from the factory cat. In that case, not feeling any difference is a GOOD thing.

No problem. And yeah, I was glad for not feeling any difference. I was also glad that I no longer have to put up with the 2-3K RPM "drone" that used to really be annoying since a large majority of my driving is right in that range.
