Default hey all

Hey everyone, Im new around to the forums, I own a 2002 Cd Silver SVT, with Black wheels.

Iv been having a problem with her here lately, shes not holding a charge, and I think I might have cracked one of the front control arms cause she just isn't handling or driving right.

id like some of your input as to some of the things I might be able to check.

Welcome to the jet.

I'm sure someone will be able to help you out.

Nice looking car. Just so you know team rigz is for posting pics of your car.

Welcome fellow silver driver!

Is the battery original from 02? I recently found my OEM battery's charge indicator (whatever one calls that little colored button in the battery's top face) was red. I'm surprised it lasted over seven years.

As for the handling, many of us have experienced a worn or broken sway bar link. It's a short rod with ball joint ends that connects the control arm to the sway bar. Sometimes the ball joint end wears enough that you can just pop it off (like dislocating a shoulder).

Good luck!

Sounds like the sway bar end links to me. Replaced them both for around 60 bucks, takes about 5 minutes per side to change... What kind of driving problems are you having?
