Default Thanks Steve at Tousley Ford

I just joined this forum seeking maintenance info for my Focus. I went to the Tousley Ford area, pm'd Steve and got a quick response.

I have the good fortune to live close to Tousley Ford and got to meet Steve today. He has been a great help with information and a significant price break on the parts. I'm sure I'll be spending plenty at Tousley in the future.

I've said it before, many times, and I'll say it again....Steve is one hell of a guy. You will not find better, anywhere. It could be argued buying from Steve is as good, if not better, than the deal on prices Tousley (literally thanks to Steve) offers.

Ward, it's always good to hear from another satisfied customer of Steve/Tousley. Yes, it is even better to talk with Steve in person (as I also have, and like you look forward to doing again).

For those who are not local to Steve and do business with Steve/Tousley, the voice you hear over the phone is exactly the one you would hear in person, just as welcoming, knowledgeable/thorough, light on the wallet, and thankful for the business as the guy's hand you would shake if you were there.

If you haven't done business with Steve, getting in touch is as easy as a PM to FORDSVTPARTS, asking your parts question in the Tousley Ford forum found in the Focaljet Premier Sponsor section of the board, or just picking up the phone and calling him at Tousley Ford (1-800-328-9552).

Steve was the man for me when I needed an EGR block off plate. He even called to make sure I didn't need to block off the EGR spot in the header. Great guy who followed up just to make sure I wasn't missing any parts. I'd recommend!

Steve's already saved my butt a few times. The guy should win some sort of award. He provides 5-star service and knowledge to his customers. To get that kind of service and knowledge, on top of those ridiculously low prices, is beyond comprehension and I don't think I could come up with a sentence to accurately describe this satisfaction.

Steve's abilities are especially appreciated when compared to any other Ford dealership or parts store, where the SVT is a long forgotten, obscure item.
