Default Zx351....AKA...the Slocus

This is the local bad mamajama V8 focus. I was at a car show with it recently, so here is the video I took of it. I put this here because what are videos, but moving pictures.

http://media.putfile.com/ZX351-Focus...t-SMS-Car-Show

Might take a minute, it is around 15mb and quicktime.

Did it ever get sold? Last time I knew Mr. Pressurized was still trying to get rid of it.

I think it is still for sale. Pretty sure. The guy that has it now (for the show and up to today at least) is the person the 351 came from (it was from his mustang). He doesn't own it, just brought it down from OKC for the show.

I think the for sale signs ($14,900 if you are interested..lol) are still on it.

Might have to refresh. If you don't have the quicktime plugin, that might be the problem too.

No offense, but there is only 1 Slocus. That would be ShockZTS from the Midwest. Oh yeah, and your video didn't work for me either.

I was thinking the same thing... but since an Admin and a couple Mods posted in here, I figured I wouldn't push the issue!

Has the car ever actually been used? I've yet to see or hear of it in any kind of real action

Yes. It runs 11s very easily, and as I understand it doesn't run faster because of rollcage/NHRA sort of junk.

If you want to see it in action, go to google and type in zx351 in the normal search field. There are videos of it other than mine.

I searched and only turned up guesses, estimates, and boring videos. If you've got something worth while, point me in the right direction.

Here's a good video of it:http://videos.streetfire.net/search/...60DA40ECC9.htm By the way Hocky, I'd like to see you and this Focus go down the dragstrip. It'd probably be a good race.

Here's ZX351 last October when Galen (mr.squatch) and Scott (Mr. Pressurized) came to an autocross that I participated in OKC.

Sonic next to ZX351. ZX31 dwarfs Sonic!

And maybe this will make you feel a little better about what ZX351 can do:

Not a trip down the quarter, but fun to watch.

Hey, I know that car Still seems funny to not see it in the garage every time I open the door. There are no best guesses, it ran a low 11 at the scandalous racing street event last year. We had several videos from that event, he ran down the cts-v after giving him 10 carlengths. It's been driven a lot, to the track a few times, a lot more on the street. The original video we made is still on the front page of streetfire if anyone is looking for it. I'll see what I can find and try to post one or two more.
