Suzuki SX4 Sighting!!

I actually took one for a test drive today. The only one that my local Suzuki dealer had.



A few things that were answered for me today.


1. It really is 100% materials made and built in Japan. In Kosai Japan to be exact.

2. The vehicle looks like a "craftsman" made it. Materials don't look cheap.

3. The seats are very comfortable.

4. Most important of all.... My wife liked it.

5. The ride was very controlled and soft at the same time. Kind of feels like a boat going straight but at sharp turns I could feel the grip. Short test drive.



Summary:

It's well built. The mini SUV has got it's own thing going on. People freindly. Takes time to get used to the looks. I like how it looks. Doesn't feel cheap. Even a hatchback hater like my wife likes it.

My wife might trade in her 2005 Reno for one. It's all about the numbers. The dealer we visited is very nice. No pressure at all. Good deals. If we can deal with the "numbers" we will probably get one.

So it looks like that one was $16,600? Maybe it's just me but I was thinking that it'd end up being a little less than that I'm impressed though, it seems like a nicer car from your pictures than I originally thought from reading the reports on it

24mpg is kinda low for what it is. They can keep it though for 16k it is still a suzuki

It is a based model SX4 Automatic tranny. price $15,999. Add another $600 or so for the shipping cost.

The base model with the manual tranny cost $14,999.

I think the pricing isn't bad at all for what offers. Even if it's a Suzuki.



The gas mileage and power options in general could be much better.

My wife has a little over 20,000 trouble free miles on her 2005 Reno. It still feels like a new car.

I wish we had a Suzuki dealer closeby, I wouldn't mind checking this little guy out in person How big is it in comparison to the Yaris/Fit/xB?
