I remember reading about the Festiva making a reappearance over here based on the Mazda 2. It's like 20 years ago all over again, lol.

whats wrong witht he Escort brand?
Boards are still alive and kicken (car was more a mazda platform towords the end).. BUt um the Escort name was the number 1 selling car in the world till it was beat out in 1998 by the f-150.

I'm glad Ford is renaming that ugly ass car an escort. Will help clean up the focus name from all the NA bastardizing. Now lets see if they follow through in 2010.
