    Default 4-Door Cougar....

I have an employee that claims they owned a 1984 Cougar 4-Door... I looked and looked but could not find any proof of this nor have I ever seen one that I recall. Do they exist??? According to Wiki they do... ... but has anyone else ever seen one???

    Only once. Very, very rare.

Edit, after rethinking it a bit, and looking online, The 4 door I saw as the 80 body style. Still a box. Don't remember there being a 4 door in the next gen or later, and that Wiki cars article says there weren't any after the 83 restyle. Regular Wiki states otherwise. Wiki is showing the 87-88 pic for the entire 80-88 lineup, where wiki cars is a little more accurate, but still used a general image for the 83-88 lineup.

Here's a picture of one from 1977. I don't recall the 84's having any 4 doors either. Like mievil said the previous model had them.

Hey that's pretty good. We both pulled the same picture a minute apart.

Upon asking, she confirmed it was the boxy bodystyle. Wierd... never seen one before... and it doesn't look much like a cougar either...

    Speaking of Cougars...

I remember being in Kindergarden (~86) and seeing a Cougar in a parking lot. When I saw the symbol, I thought "Wow! A Thundercats car!"

Yes I posted the same photos but the second one is a photo chop. There were no E34 coupes imported to the US. I think I heard there were fewer than 200 made total. The first photo is form AC Schnitzer, a BMW tuner and the rear body lines behind the door match, unlike the other one.
