the sad thing is my focus gets BETTER mileage at higher speed than at the speed limit around here. I guess its because of all the hills, if you do the speed limit you wind up having to FLOOR the car and down shift...
If you are going faster, you don't have to floor the car to maintain speed up the hill (do to the momentum you have built up.
