Default Watch The Indycar Race At Watkins Glen This Sunday!

The race is slotted to start at 3:30 PM ET. The F1 race is starting at 1:00 ET and the NASCAR race starts 6:30 PM ET. This should be a good race at one of America's best road courses in my opinion and give the ex-Champ Car boys and road course junkies (EJ Viso you hearing me!) a chance at a win.

No oval, probably no more malice racing like in Richmond, road courses, slotted between F1/NASCAR races - its a win win situation for all of us!

GO RAHAL AND NEWMAN HAAS! GO VISO!

An American wins on a road course on one of the most beautiful tracks in North America and no one cares....*sighs*...

I thought it was a great race (even with all the yellows) and was glad to see RHR get his "first" win, he deserves it. I think that RLR having only one car has really helped them focus.

As I watched the race, it was first time in a LONG time that I felt like it was the CART of old that I use to love going to see in person at Mid-Ohio.

I thought so too. RHR has really come along nicely and with more road courses coming ahead RHR has a good chance to prove even more his true skills. Not to discredit his oval ability which has been on on the rise - he does have 4 top 10's on the ovals plus 6th at Indy.

I also agree with this. I felt this when Rahal won at St.Pete but then again this past weekend. The main reason I think was because the car count and Americans winning again. 3 different Americans winning in one season of American open wheel, when was the last time that happened? Plus it also proof of a strong core of young drivers coming up which is good for any struggling motorsport planning for the future.

Plus Mid-Ohio is still coming up. I bet you can still buy tickets focaljet-1.
