OK, I had to change it once again. This time I chose someone who means a lot to me. The bear was a good chuckle, but now that I have a child of my own I cannot make light of that sort of thing.

Depends on what software you have at your finger tips and also what size the original image is. If you are struggling with it and you want to post it here, I'll downsize it for you real quick.

How are you hosting the image? If you are hosting it online, the site you uploaded it to has to have some sort of generic editing software that lets you resize it on the fly.

Yeah I was going to suggest the Photobucket resize function, but when I checked they only offer 100x75 as one of their presets.

He's already sent me the file via email and has it back in two versions. One at 100x75 since his original was a 4:3 aspect ratio, and another at 100x100 where I trimmed a little off of each side.
