Well, we could just remove the avatars completely if you're complaining about them.

I think the main reason we'll never have animated ones is actually due to file sizes. Some of them are rather large and waiting for page to load because of someone's ridiculous 300MB avatar is beyond intollerable.

Forum software should allow to limit sizes on files too so as to not have an entire movie in a animated gif.

True, I'll get right on that.

I responded to your earlier comment on this asking you to 'share an example of a user's posts where in one thread they have an avatar and in another they do not.'

Hard to address problems that we can't see. They seem to work fine from my end and I'd think if this issue were not isolated, we'd be hearing a lot more about it from other users.

Oh and forgot about you, wasn't there a medical research saying that watching woman's breast (not sure if bouncing or not) for a few min. each day actually help men? So you'll be contributing to the health of [FJ's] members.

My search for "healthy womens breasts" via Google hasn't found the study your referring to, but there are several entries worth studying.

You have Photoshop and you are having these issues? That's pretty confusing. Are you just doing the basic 'Save...' command or do you bring up the JPEG options and adjust the quality? Also, have you tried the 'Save for web..." function?
