Hale, with my car being a very dark grey, which color should I get? Also, should I run it JDM style on the passenger side to be symmetrical with my confused JDM panda?

Love it.

I hate the "trendiness" of the Prius. You dont really care about the environment, you just wanna look like you do. Hey morons, wanna save fossil fuels? Buy a diesel and convert to wvo. Or if you dont really care and just wanna pay less for gas? I bought my 95 Ford Aspire, for a grand when gas was over 4 dollars, and get 40mpg... oh and theres no batteries to be made or dispose of.

That's what I was thinking too. Our colors are pretty similar I think and I love how yours blends in but when you look closely, it's there. My panda kinda sticks out like a sore thumb since it's teal, and I don't feel like having two opposing bright colors on my windshield since everything else on my car is dark grey, black, or silver

Hale, I had a slight issue with it too when I clicked on the PayPal button. However, it worked just fine when I clicked "pay by credit card" because it still took me to the PayPal site where I could simply log in and pay using that

I just ordered a dark silver one and will post a picture of it once it gets here. I'm gonna try to talk Becky into getting one for her Grand Prix GT. Lord knows that thing is hard enough on gas that it makes Prius owners cry

I have 3 of my 5 already given away! one is going on a 240sx, another on my fofo. and then another to on my laptop just for pizzazzness!

I do not think the sticker is rude enough..must get some pretty brutal ones...

I've seen some of them around in Rigz - where do you guys get the "One Less Prius" stickers? I want a few for my bike (with pedals).

A bike is kind of anti-climatic for the sticker.

Most of us running those stickers are using vehicle that go against everything the Prius stand for. Double the fuel consumption (in some cases), double the cylinders (in some cases), double the horsepower (in most cases). 50x the fun. (In all cases).

But I am sure the man behind the movement will see this and chime in.

I think there's another side to "going against everything the Prius stands for" - their owners tend to be sanctimonius and smug about consuming their way to "green". My point is, if you're gonna go, go all-out.

To me, the Prius is hateful because it fails utterly at its mission - the ROI isn't there, its green cred is dubious at best (especially when you factor in the supply chain), and the need to conspicuously show you've spent $25k "for the environment" is just a bunch of crap.

Dukman, I think we're on the same page, but we've just gotten there from different starting points.

I think there is plenty of room for everyone in the ONE LESS PRIUS crowd.

I see failure in many forms with the Prius. There are few out there that drive the car for the right reasons, it has become a status symbol, and people that drive them feel 'entitled'... hell even the damn DMV thinks they are special... do you know that they have "Environmentally Friendly ONLY" parking spots right in front of the doors? WTF?

I guess it works though... they ARE right next to the handicapped spots.

Then there is the REAL environmental impact that they have, and will continue to have with all of their damn batteries.

I really don't care WHY someone doesn't like them... just glad they don't.

Top Gear claims that the Prius is worse for the enviornment than a Range Rover- basing it upon the battery - materials are mined in Canada (apparantly in a non eco way) than shipped across the world to China to be process in a very bad eco way than somewhere else then to Japan where its mated with the car to be transported to the US.

Great lets add a zillion tons of Carbon to the manufacturing process while we chew the planet up- then later dispose of it ewwwwwwww

Perhaps someone can find the clip?
