In high school we did lots of dumb stuff. We're at my friend's house one night and got super hungry and decided to get some food. Well, in our excitement, we jumped in the car (90's SAAB Turbo) opened the garage and flew backing out of the driveway..... right into his brother's friend's Explorer Did a decent amount of damage to the SAAB, and pushed the Explorer straight back about 2 feet.

Don't worry about it. **** happens.

Once, while my brain was on fart, I attempted a u-turn in my driveway and clipped my wife's front bumper (no damage to her car) and put a nice crease in the quarter panel of my car right past the door...and of course on the drivers side just so I could see it every damn time I got in.

And yes, my day was instantly ruined.

When I was a senior in High School... a buddy did the classic...

He was at his girlfriend's place (we were all there) left to go get something from his house, put his Bronco in reverse, looked out the back of the vehicle and gave it some gas...

oops... it's not in reverse, it's in drive... and he went through the garage door and into the homeowner's car...

The homeowner happened to be a CHP officer.

I did that when I was learning to drive. Backed into a spot with mom's Forester. Went to pull forward and was still in reverse, came a few feet from running into a good sized wooden guard rail.
