Looks great. That will get some heads turned about the Forte, especially if they do well in the series...
Now where is the 2008-2009 Focus. I'd like to see it in the series too.

I've thought about Kia being the series before, though not this model. I like this idea better. Their build quality and reliability has surpassed other manufacturers, and there is nothing like an endurance race to prove that.

Why did I just get an idea to buy a brand new Kia...
Kia - 9k coilovers - 1k built motor - 4k wheels/tires/brakes - 1k look on others faces as it blows by them on the track - priceless

For Ford to sponsor someone in the Koni Challenge, we need someone to step up and volunteer to drive and work on the car. Someone that has some money on them to run the car and hopefully Ford can do the rest.

There are several strong Mustang teams currently in the Koni Challenge series. I don't think Ford would do a full factory backed effort since they are giving support to several teams. I also think they have their hands full with the Mustang Challange currently.

My father and sister both own kias, and my father is a very successful musician and my sister is an elementary school teacher. I dont think think they are broke-a** college kids, just smart buyers.

Try not to step on them this time.
![]() I've been saying for a while that my little bro's Spectra 5 has great chassis dynamics. I was wondering why it was taking this long to get something out on the track. As for Ford needing someone committed to representing, well...I can think of 4 people (and 7 cars) right off the top of my head that have most definitely put the time, effort, and money into a Ford vehicle that would be very competitive in this race. Ford has different priorities right now, methinks.
