100k for a truck and you can't have some sort of windscreen protection.

Yes it does, read the press release toward the bottom. The picture isn't the production version, just what Ford used in the Baja races.

That 6.2 is an engine Ford's needed for an eternity. It's astounding how long they've left their trucks high and dry while Dodge had its HEMI and Chevy had their 6.0L Vortec motor.
