I'm also not sure about the carbon bodykit, which I figured I'd love. I'm sure it looks awesome up close, but from a distance (or in pictures like this) it makes me think of all the boy racers with the primered bodykits
The wheels look awesome though, but I second the motion to put your car on bags like Tribal's or FocusdSound's -Brian

May I ask where you got the CF side panels.
That will work well for my make up. Nice rims by the way! Cheers,

I hate the wheels. But big wheels are not my thing. Body kit is awesome but something needs to be done either paint it or ger the rest of the car done so somehow the black front end flows

paint that stuff asap! maybe leave some unpainted, to mix into a vinyl scheme? And I'd recomend getting a SVT brake kit, because the rear drums look hilarious.

Don't paint it, just give it a really really really light coat of silver. So, from a distance, it looks painted but from up close you can see all the carbon fiber through it.
Either way, its hot.

I think it looks pretty damn cool!
Anyone else notice how he has the roof painted black as well as having the front bottom corner of the door painted black at an arch to flow the front end into the rest of the car? I like the wheel size on there, I am just not a fan of the wheel style. I think something like these 19's would look better: http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n...evinylside.jpg Which econorocket has for sale now in the For Sale forum.

Hmmm...I gotta say, I personally think they look great on there. I love the style as well. I usually love carbon fiber, but I think it's a bit much on your car...it looks unfinished. If it were mine, I'd paint some graphics over the front (maybe scallops or something) leaving the carbon fiber exposed which would look really cool IMO.
Overall it looks sweet, just a bit unfinished. Nice choice on the wheels!!!! What else is planned for it? |

I am going mild FI with a simple jackson racing, it already has every bolt on, AEM intake, FC 65 mm tb, FS wires, FS UDP, FS race header, FS flex, FS stealth exhaust. And a 75 shot of NX.
The roof line and the skirts + rear lip is painted black just to make the CF flow a little more, a CF hatch is lined up from VIS as well to bring more CF balance (lol) I don't get how freddy's looked any different. A black front end, on a sharp contrast his maybe even more than mine! His was yellow for crying out loud. But anyways, the car should undergo a custom paint job over the winter something a lot darker than silver to bring the CF more into line. I have 100's of different photo shopped pics from all angles trying to semi paint the CF silver to integrate it more but to no avail. the tails unfortunatly were one of the first things I did when I loved my rice and thought they were the coolest crap on earth. I'll be moving to something else when I find something I truly like. Thanks for all the comments, and here is a picture of my interior as well: ![]() ![]() The green emblem is gone!!!! I know some like big wheels some don't but its all good! Focus 4 life (or untill I can afford better) |

trust me guys... this car looks sick in real life. I thought the same thing when I first saw the pics, but so much weave is just... captivating.
and when my gf comments on a car that goes by... you know that means something those rims look amazing man, weren't you riding around on stockers for a lil while? and what the hell are you doing parked on richmond! =P |
