Well, not MY Focus, but my dad's ZTS. He did alittle number to the poor girl...
In the prime of her life...

And now this:

He already pulled the Volant off of it. Hes still got an UDP, and a Mustang fuel door on it. And I want to pull some stuff off if they decide to total it.

She was once a 125hp breathing demon.

Its not totaled is it? Looks the the front bumper is reusable. If not I have a spare Infra-red front bumper if you need one. Thats a real bummer.

If it is totaled, I would be interested in some parts off it for my ZTS.

He hit a POS Saturn. No damage to the Sataurn except a bent exhaust tip.
We have'nt gotten any figures as to how much it will cost. The ins. guy just looked at it, and I'm sure we'll hear how much. I don't think the bumper will be reused. I thought I saw broken mounts on it...
I'd say its 50/50 being totaled. Its an 03', good condition otherwish, with low miles. So the price is still pretty high on the car. The airbags did'nt go off, which is weird. I wish he had my old Kona's headlights on when he did this, I wanted the grey housing ones for the Kona...LOL, being selfish...haha

Yeah, claims adjuster says its gonna be totaled. Their giving him double what he paid for the car...LOL

I think this afternoon we're gonna go look for a new car after he gets off.

Looks like he nose-dived the car and probably didn't hit the sensors in the bumper, which is why the airbags didn't go off. Too bad, looked like a nice car. Nice deal though from the insurance company!

Looks similar to Silfox's punch on the back of a 3 down in Waco.

Not totalled, unless the insurance company gets crazy.

That is exactly what happened to me, but it was a 80s Mercedes sedan...and they didn't even have damage, just moved dust (wasn't washed in a good 5yrs)

but i had similar bumper/hood damage, blown out windshield (airbags), headlights both broke off from mounting tabs (st170s) and my good ol Hofelle grill in mint condition still attached to the hood stickin up in the air crushed (ripped out of the bumper). Still using the same perfect grill today

ridic...keep us updated on what he gets!

Which wheels? The black SVTs or stock 5spokes.
Those were my old SVT rims I sold him a year ago. He just recently took them off to put back on the stockers, and new tires not even a month old. So, were gonna put on my stock 6spokers with bald Firestones, and I'm gonna keep the rims.
The black SVT rims are his, and currently not for sale.

I pmed ya blkthunder. The fueldoor will either go on my Kona after we take it off, or if he gets another Focus, it will go in that. We'll see.
Currently, non of the parts are for sale since they are recyclable to my Kona...

I've seen so many foci come and go on teh jet over the years. Sorry for the luck at least you got a decent deal out of the insurance company, i'm sure he'll see it in the increase of his rates over the next few years.

The sensor is actually just below the emergency brake lever and senses inertia. T
