Finally cleaned my car ;)

So it's been about a month now since I really washed my car outside of a quick run through the gas station car wash.

It's not perfect since I didn't wax, but it doesn't look half bad for just some good ol' soapy water





Here you can see the reflection of the 1984 Cadillac Eldorado that I inherited lol.

Gotta represent! ( I'm gonna have to put on a new sticker, mine has been picked at by someone/something and doesn't look so good anymore )


All pictures were taken with my Canon Powershot G7 in "vivid color" mode. I'm very pleased with that little camera, it makes a great portable when I don't want to break out the big guns.

Glad to see you're keeping her clean and shiny for me Abram That's seriously the perfect Focus, though I'd recommend a Euro grille (maybe even an ST170 with the colormatched surround) to clean it up some

I'm definitely going to do something, wether it be a hofele ( which is what i'm leaning towards ) or a painted ST170. But that would mean going through the trouble of getting it painted, and I don't honestly have the time to worry about that lol!

See I don't like the fact that the Hofele throws off symmetry in the front Plus I've never seen a Competition Orange Focus with a colormatched ST170 and since this will be my car one day, well, you get the point

i've got that in the pipeline as well, i was going to do a smoked 35% all around ( i don't like super dark tint )

And Brian, is the ST170 grille, when unpainted, black around the edge? so it at least won't look horrible until i can get it painted?

It should be black around the edges unless you buy a used one that's already painted another color

while i do like the look of the ST170 grille,
