Tinted the tails and put a good bead of silicone on there to hopefully stop them leaking during the rain. Hopefully I can do the front turn signals as well today. May sand the headlights as well to get the cloudiness out.

Tail lights not longer leak. New vacuum lines run for the BCS. Headlights sanded and compounded, really didn't do much unfortunately. Entire hatch is gutted and rear seats are gone now.

Thanks man

Those are the Ford Racing "Rally" 15 spokes. They are the same as the EAP SVT wheels, but Ford Racing powdercoated them gold and used a silver Ford Racing centercap instead of the black SVT one.

Removed driver's side kickpanel, lower dash, and pedal assembly. Clutch adjustment piece thing or whatever is broken, but I'm going to try to rig it back together. Should be interesting.

Also sanded the painted the airbox black.

Will it hold? Taking bets.

The tip of the screw went in a bit far, but just hit it real quick with a file so it won't interfere with the rod that slides though.

Just get another one, or the DG piece. That might last a few months...

I hate to say it, but that wont hold. I didnt see the screw in it when you sent me the pics.

Maybe if you scuffed it up and used some JB weld and a tiny screw...but that one is...huge!

I'm going to throw some epoxy on it today when I get home. If it does break, I know how to adjust it manually so no biggy.

It's slathered in plastic epoxy. It should go back in today or tomorrow.

I bet $.35 that you break it trying to put it back in.

On a side note, do you live at Walden during school Joe or at home? My girl said she saw you at Walden when she was moving in. If you live there I might actually enjoy this semester. lol

Got it in two days ago. Finished installing it today. Not broken. Went for a 15min drive today. Went to pull the cluster out which in turn broke the hazard switch...which led to smoke and no more XR driving for a while

I went to put the switch back in after it broke and the both signals would stay on all the time...if I pushed it more it would turn the ignition on and if I pulled it up a bit I would hear relays clicking and smoke started to come from the switch. I think I need a new signal/hazard switch.

Yeah, I'll be at Walden. My roommate is also on here, but doesn't post anymore. JPZX3. He's got a white ZX3 with the same kind of work I have done. Where's your girl living? My g/f lives up on the top part and I'm on the bottom.

Ahaha, sweet. Time for some FJ bonding.

There is a pool. Sometimes it's open at night

Back on topic...

Here are some updated pictures:

The "fixed" clutch adjuster:

Ran new vacuum lines for the BCS and had Ray (Demonfire) run an aux line from the alt to starter solenoid since the stock one was pretty beat. He also redid the neg battery terminal since the crimp connection was too big for the gauge wire used. It's disconnected now since I'm working on a new signal switch. Also repainted the airbox cover since it was pretty rusted.

The hatch is where I want it to be. I may do the DIY shock tower brace this weekend from Merkur Encyclopedia.

tinted tails look good... we should just have a g2g taking your engine bay apart and painting it.

Sounds like a plan. First I need to yank the A/C and get a nice FMIC setup.
