TwistyEyes even installed the carbon-TI Canister that has the carbon fiber wrap look, so there is more CF look then when he purchased it!

I was skimming that thread and got confused as to what that was made out of. Is that actually CF? Anyway, do you have any old build up pics of when the turbo was going in? All your old postings appear to be photo-free.

That was the car that got me motivated. I almost painted my car blue! Not really, but I thought about it for a nanosecond.

Haha yea I still have all the pictures, I just only re-host the pictures that people ask for, so if you have a thread in mind, shoot me the link and I'll re-host

And the canister is actually wrapped in carbon fiber, so yes it's real CF on the outside (but it's a wrap only)

Well, actually I was thinking about those videos you did with slickshoes when testing the RRG.com splitter. It was kind of cool to see in motion. I did not have any particular build up thread in mind, just remembered some pics along the way. That one that demonfire posted of the engine is pretty representative of the late stages prior to handoff AFAICR.

To tell the truth, I'm more interested in seeing what has happened to the Miata. I've heard from some disturbing things. Someone told me you added gold-plated reservior lids to the engine bay, purple interior trim accents, and baby blue flower decals to the rear deck lid. Is that true? We're so behind the fashion curve up here, that I figured anything is possible. Pictures please.

I will not lie, this car lie dead since October of 2005. Oil hoses slipped off of my relocation kit for the Powerworks. That is why I do not have any newer pictures, but this car has alot of history. I am the original owner of the car, and at 43k it still has the new car smell. Just ask F.O.K. (Drew).

Spring 2002: First three mods where H&R coilovers, CF hood, and Rota Slipstreams.

Summer 2002: Had a friend at a Ford Dealership checking daily for the SVT parts to become available. I had these SVT part painted and installed three months before the first SVT hit the showroom. As far as I know I was the first person with SVT parts. Notice the side skirts and fog lights were not available yet. The guy in the green jacket is former Jetter Erik (Eshock) who passed away last year.

2003: I am sure you will notice that I added Falken Azenis and SVT fogs.

2004: Added SVT side skirts and painted door handles in mid '03.
