Default An Ode to my 5000th Post!!! A trip down Memory Lane LOTS o' PICS

Well, I've been on here for a few years now, and made a couple of what I hope will be life long friends. Thank you to all of my [FJ]Friends. Here are a few pics of the good, the bad, and the ugly along the way.

Came back from Iraq to this in 2003...

had her painted...

Threw on a JRSC/BBK, ST170's, some Crower Stg 1 cams and a 5.7" crank pulley...

Thank you Mr. Stout (Airforcefocus)

Went to FocusSport for some tuning,

Hit a tire and blew my motor (not at the same time)

Got an F2 bumper and got rid of the CF hood.

Cleaned up the new motor,

Painted my gauge surround the wrong color. Painted it flat black later

Went to a couple FOTB's

and sold the old girl (to a young girl ironically )
Bye Bye Focus

But she had a good replacement.

The wife got a new car

Dressed up the Z a little.

And moved to Pennsylvania:

Thanks for looking.

Ah, the only good thing about living with Emily was that garage, and driveway.

Oh yeah...THANKS RYAN for helping me install that supercharger, and allowing my car to sit in your garage for 3 days while my ECU came back.

While I am thanking people, THANKS MIKE (whiteboyslo) For letting my car sit in your garage for a week when my motor blew up, and I was putting the new one in.

Dave...this is information that would have been better left between you and the wifey! Not publicized for everyone around the world to see! LOL

Thanks....that Evo kit was on there back in 2001 when thats all there was...that and the avenger kit...which I thought was way uglier. I bought the car back in 2000 and there was basically no parts available for it. I bought everything that was on the car twice...at least. Body kits, springs, hoods, headlights, tail lights. It was all replaced at one point or another...some of it more than once. I wish I would have joined the site back then, I would have been one of the first members. My old focus was built in August 1999...so I'm sure it was one of the first US Foci's.

Thanks everyone.

That garage was definetely awesome. I need to get into another place like that. There's no garage like a garage that smells like blown engine.

Where did your Focus end up going, Justin? I can't remember if it stayed local or not. I saw a good looking green Focus going the other way on the freeway a couple days ago, but it was too sunny to tell.

I sold the Focus to a 16 year old girl that lived up near Santa Monica I believe. She popped in here to [FJ] twice i think, but never came back. I heard from someone on here that knew her that she had a family problem with her parents and a little falling out, and they took the car, and it was never seen again.
