Justin, you know I think you have a badass Z. Bela, your Miata is awesome, and it completely murders the "Gay Man's BMW" stereotype about the car. Hocky, I've always wanted to do something insane like that, and I envy that you have. Joe, again, badass car and I would love to take it around the block. Ray, I've always wanted to do a restore-to-track to a car like you have, something people don't normally see out tearing up the turns.
That being said, I must apologize to you all when I say that I would to dirty and vile things to lowlifestyle's Dime. Would I kill a small child for it? No. But I'd dress up a midget like a child and hope no one could tell the difference. The Datsun gets my vote.

If I had to pick one to take home from that list other than mine, I'd be driving home in Bela's car. (it'd get an LSx set up the next day, though. haha)

You can do it in Cali, you just have to be more careful about how you do it. ;-)

oe replacement brake pads in the front are from a 2003 mustang GT, to match the calipers. anyway, when you start with a vehicle that is black and green that was once white, a serious amount of time goes into the cleaning. also i probably spent more on cleaning materials and time involved than is put into most focus intakes, which are a "legitimate" modification. the interior stuff just was a partial joke with the amount of mouse crap and dead mice and stuff inside of it. besides, "cleaned interior" also involves replacing the entire dashboard, removing, cleaning, and repainting what little trim went back into the car, modifying the center console to fit the different transmission, all that crap involved. it's not a show car. i dont have fancy carbon fiber parts. i BUILT IT myself tho. like made the parts. not bolt on ****. i know the car sucks, it's cool - you're not hurting my feelings. i'd love to have an LSx engine in the car, trust me. it's just not in the budget. all that being said, this is a really hard vote - but i'm going to chalk one up for lowlifestyle's 510 i think. i really like that. edit: lol, i just took myself out of first place with my vote for the 510 ahahhahah

Oh man, this is soooo hard, especially since one of my friends is in the running and I'm not feeling 100% sure about voting for him over the others
Justin, you already know that I adore your Z and regularly hump it. lowlifestyle, you've done my all-time favorite resto-mod/engine swap/paint scheme/everything, sir, and I have nothing but envy for you because of it. Ray, you've put together probably the luckiest XR4Ti in the entire world for the things that you've done in order to get it to where it is today. Joe, that's a beautifully clean Cobra convertible, and it'd no doubt be my first choice as a nice day cruiser. Hocky, I have nothing to say about your RX7 that hasn't already been said; it's a maniacal piece of machinery that would surely force me to lose my license and be broke from tickets in a short amount of time ![]() All of that being said, I'm giving my vote for the car out of this list that I would most lust after owning/driving: the Miata. Bela's always had an eye for car modification nearly identical to my own, and the fact that he's done this car up in every conceivable way identical to what I'd do to the car on my own reaffirms my thoughts -Brian

Just wanted to make sure everyone is aware of the fact that Lowlifestyle's car started as a total bucket and the progress shown has been in a year. He bought the car on 2/11/07 and it fired 2/15/08. Technically, less than a year because it sat for about 5 months before he touched it and he didn't get the engine till about June....
But who is counting. Go Ryan! ![]()

He doesn't have pics posted, but you should see the size of the muffler that will go on the Dime. At least one size fits all...

Thats a very good point. Maybe if we updated and posted pics up a little more regularly, it would have stayed fresh on top and on peoples's minds. http://forums.focaljet.com/team-rigz...project-5.html

Ok I should have said I love that they are all raceD cars. They have all been on 1 kind of track or another so technically they are race cars. lol You guys are a bunch of racers at heart. That is what makes this such a hard vote for everyone, they are all great cars!
