Default Well she burnt...but my spirit ain't...

Since my car died a horrible death 2 weeks ago, its kinda left that horrible void in my life that I need to fill with power.

So I went out and bought myself an RS Probably won't be as mad as my Focus was, and its pretty hard to make these cars stand out, but give me time and I'll be on my way to making something special outta this one before going the Escort Cosworth route

Basic story, oil pump died at a pathetic 70mph on the motorway late at night, she threw a rod and **** its guts all over the place. That was fine in a way, I can rebuild that, but the oil caught the turbo and lit up...

Nice big hole going through one end of the bottom end to the other...

New car, picking it up this week

Nice pick up for a loss. The header wrap on that car held up amazingly well!

Wow sorry to hear about your car but I'm sure the RS will help you recover nicely.

Wow man, sorry about the loss. It looks like you're recovering pretty well though! Excellent looking RS!

It actually is a downgrade to me. I built my Focus from the ground up and was a proper legend...now I have to deal with a car that's already modified like hell. What can I do that hasn't been done before to an RS? I'm guessing maybe a repaint in white, mainly coz there aren't any genuine white Focus RS's

We'll see. Might just keep this for 6 months and go the Cossie route.

But I'd rather have my focus back

Sorry about your loss. Fire does wreak havoc on an auto. Am I the only one that finds it ironic that there is a fire extinguisher in that mess

That's a shame about your car, but you have a pretty nice replacement!

I am so sorry to hear the loss of the Cochyn legend car....

I know it doesn't take the place, but atleast you have tons of pics and the memories of having one of the cleanest European foci on this forum....

At least you're alive.

But everything else just so wrong.

Wrong that you lost your car.

Even more wrong that you got an RS as a replacement.

America is just so wrong that we can't even get the regular Euro Focus, RS, ST, etc here.
