This car as in, his new Duratec that has been around a bit?

...or, his old unreasonably similar Zetec powered '00 that was murdered in a wreck?

Very cool car. It is clean and subtle. I always love a well put together white Focus, especially with bronze Rotas.

SUCH a nice combo.

Those mirrors are amazing. So incredibly hard to find now. And by hard, I mean impossible.

I guess I'll be the first to say it. I don't like it. I like the color and the style, but they don't really "fill out" the car. It just looks awkward with those wheels on there.

The look is subtle, and it's due to practical function instead of some blingy style.

Smaller wheels and tires are lighter and therefore contain less rotating mass, allowing quicker acceleration and better braking.

A smaller overall tire diameter positvely affects the car's "effective" final drive ratio in the form of greater torque multiplication for quicker acceleration.

In other words, this car would click off quicker laptimes than an indentically-prepped and tire'd Focus with larger, heaver wheels with tires exhibiting a larger overall diameter.

I like the look; again, it's subtle.

What are pics of someone else's car doing here in CTZX3's Rigz thread? They need to become links instead.

Well, I was just judging on looks alone. But for practicality, especially in race applications, then the wheels are perfect. Small, light weight wheels. I just didn't know he took the car to the track.
