I have soooo been thinking about getting one of these again. I had a '92 AWD turbo and it was by far my favorite car I've owned.

yeah if it will hold that much power hopefully its the 6 bolt that is supposed to be in there and not the 7 bolt, and a big 16g fmic and upgraded fuel wont get you 300awhp my friend has that set up and he isn't and where near 300awhp maybe 260 but if you get the evo16g and some huge injectors you can make 300awhp but i would say worry about the tranny holding that much power first the trannies in those are garbage.

1ga's had 6 bolts. 1ga is the OG of turbo AWD lol
i think with proper tuning you could touch 299awhp with a big 16 and fmic. and yea. call shep racing ASAP. 2nd gear syncros are gonna blow up. lol

The 90-93 contain the 6 bolt, late 93 they started introducing the 7 bolt which are in all of the 2nd gen's. With a good tune and appropriate fuel the 6 bolt blocks are pretty much capable of doing anything, well mostly hah. As far as transmissions, throw in an ACT2600 clutch kit and you are good to go. |

^crankwalk isnt even a problem on the 1g's. also its preventable if proper precautions are taken
i had a 2g gst. i loved that car. i want to get back in one someday.

true. its a toss up.
1g: bullet proof except the tranny (easy fix) with the dull scruffy havent shaved for a month ass kicking v8 stomping I-4 2g: soft delicate guts with a tough looking outside. kinda like the body builder who has the perfect body but cries like a little boy when someone hurts his feelings. take your pick. i chose number 1 lol.

well i choose 2
