made me sum eyelids - Focaljet

today has been a really productive day at work

i made myself some eyelids

i masked the eyelid how i wanted it, and used it as a template to cut the vinyl

end result:

theyre a bit crooked, but its ok, this was just a first try

the important part is the template, i can scan it and cut them with my plotter now

I think its a definite good start, you don't happen to have any vinyl thats close to the body color do you? If so, that might flow a little better.

after seeing them on im definetly gonna try them in silver, in the pictures it looks good, but in real life it looks like eye-shadow and reminds me of Rouge the bat

so im either gonna try silver vinyl or get a black hood

The lids look great, now you need another green door, a green hood and green hatch to complete the look.

Or a different color on each panel so you can say in your best Peewee Herman voice "I meant to do that"

ive seen a similar golf up here in ontario KW area, laugh everytime i see it to. eyelids look good, i was thinking of doing the same with some red vinyl to match my car

Cant really tell they're crooked, but they kind of make it look like the car has a uni-brow. Good work for the first time doing it yourself! You know what they say, practice makes perfect!
