Thanks for all the comments!

SVT3658 good luck finding those coils.

thenorm, the guard I made was in reality only a fabrication exercise. Like I mentioned before, it got torn off on the first or second day driving. Ideally I'd need 1/4" thick sheetmetal or something...the piece I used was measly 14 or 16ga. It got destroyed.
And you're correct; I'm loving the acceleration I have now. The car rolls up to four and five thousand so easily.

I do have a completed o2 guard, which I hope to install maybe this week.

So far I've driven about 4000miles at this height. There was only 1 time I thought I was seriously stuck. But i got over it

i have aquestion for you. did you modify the feder liners in the fron or have those gone the way of the dodo on your car. i seem to ahve a rubbing issue at full stuff on a 1.5 inch drop running a 215-45-17. i'm sure i'm hitting the liner. any input as to waht i can do to allevate ths short of removing it entirely? (i need it for rain and winter harshness right now.. i dont have a winter beater)

At first it didn't; now it rubs on the liners at full lock while u-turning or parking. liners are still there, but the edges nearest the fenders are slowly wearing away.

Paladin:
If you look up in your fender well and see a little metal tab that branches off of the actual fender, and points inward toward the tire, bend it up into the fender. Also, you can probably look and see what you're rubbing on; wear marks and such. Trial and error but eventually you'll get it gone

Still in awe of this car. I'm also impressed at how often you drive it - it takes a real man to daily drive a car such as yours. (And one with quick reaction times for those potholes)

(If it's here and I missed it, my bad...I was just skimming posts looking for #'s)

I'm still in love with your car and it's stance I seriously hope to see it in person at Southern Worthersee next year. So anything else planed for her (not that it needs anything) on the horizon?

Oh man, you're still an inch lower than me in the front. jesus christ!

Should have seen the look on the shop workers and people watching when i got the car dyno'd today...i think there was MAYBE 2 mm of clearance from my rockers over the dyno.

I am so jealous of that stance you have, but i honestly dont think i can go any lower and still enjoy the car.

Yea I am in the 23" height range (from ground to top of fender from the middle of the hub) and I think anything below that is pretty hardcore in my opinion.

Yeah, I'm almost into the 21's (need another 1/8 in. drop in the rear and 1/16 in. the front), and i can't even begin to comprehend how he drives that car daily. theindustrialist, you sir, are crazy! Granted, if I didn't rub it wouldn't be that bad, but still. You're hardcore haha.

Ty again for the comments.

A local shop has a sunken alignment rack which I barely make it on.

95% of the time, daily-ing this height really isn't an issue.
The only scary thing is going new places

@ 98lowranger, I probably won't be at sowo next year
Though I might be at Import Alliance. Not sure yet.
