Wow, what an amazing upgrade The dash flocking was something that I was heavily looking into with my Focus and wow, it looks great

I was expecting a RS Cossie powered escort. This should be just as fun though.

Man, you are insane! I can't wait to see how your new project comes along. I was gonna say that whatever you sold the RS for better be pretty damn special....and it is!

I really, really, REALLY like it.

I know i'm a blasphemer... but I would not mind something with 8 cylinder and pushrods under the "bonnet"...

sweet project though.

Few more updates coming, spent a bit of money on the basics like belts, tensioners, plugs, leads, oil etc. etc. etc. then its off for an MOT next week. Afterwards it'll be a mad rush sorting all the little dents and scratches on the bodywork, nothing major.

Will take pics when its on the ramp

Small updates, been away working in Spain so not had much chance to play with the car. But anywayz, here goes...

Had loads of plans for this car, most of which I hoped I could push around for the next months and just enjoy doing them. One of which was rebuilding the whole engine to my spec, plus adding a few new trick bits to it But due to a low oil pressure popping up on the Stack dash, the engine came out a little sooner. Bare in mind, this is a day after she passed the MOT and I got TAX for her

But I'm really happy so far, the engine was honed today and the crank was polished up, no damage to the engine except the wrecked oil pump. Near enough all the parts I wanted have turned up, plus extras I'm changing as a matter of course. So basically making myself a brand new engine Should be back on the road and running her in good and proper within 2 weeks.

Inside the oil pump

The inlet manifold a long with a lot more stuff to follow that have been refurbed

Running on Gaz coilovers, compression struts, poly bushes and solid rear mounts in RWD....handles very very well In comparison to my Focus RS, you can't really compare them, two totally different breed of car. Both awsome.

Will need to run it in for the first 1k miles, so that will be a very long process....especially when I have to avoid the boost Then it'll get some track fun when all is working as it should be.
