I posted a while ago about a bad noise coming from the front right of my car on rebound. Turns out the sway bar links were trashed! Dunno how this happened. I never nailed any curbs or super bad potholes. I probably use the car harder than the average Joe but c'mon. Anyone else have this problem? Anyway just an FYI in case anyone is gettting some funky noises. Also, it's only at 15k miles.

Yeah, I have the noise and an appointment for nest Monday. They are replacing the end links. The new end links are beefier to handle the normal driving better.

Well, the end link fixed my problem.
Sabasigh, the end link is simple, remove the 2 nuts, remove the link, install is reverse of removal. |

The dealer will have the part number. It is an updated part so their computers will have the newest numbers.

I was checking into Energy Suspension offerings and the only thing I'm coming up with is Rear Sway bar links
![]() and Front Sway Bar bushings ...so I'm guessing this is a dealer only factory Ford part? |

I had a clunk in my front end. The dealer replaced the end links also and the noise is gone.

Thanks, I'll check with my Ford dealer.
Saba, Those are the links for the rear sway bar. The links we are talking about are the front links that connect the front sway bar to the strut. Just wanted to clear that up. |

Oh I get this groan when I turn right and I am moving. It drives me nuts. Dealer says it is all in my head.
