ALso, anyone have an autozone part number for this DPFE part? I just came home with a different style one that doesn't work.
The codes I threw were P1406 and P0443. Oh yea and my check engine light didn't work, cause the previous owner took it out!

Hello, I'm not on the board much, but I have some quick questions. I did the workaround number 2, for the DPFE sensor. I have the style that mounts on the fire wall. I need to hook this back up to stock, but can't remember how to do it. Can someone tell me where the vac lines go from the DPFE sensor, silver top thing, and two metal pipes? A diagram or pic would be great.

I don't think Autozone carries the proper DPFE sensors. I could be wrong. This might be a dealer only situation. Lucky for us, we have the guys at Tousley Ford who give us an excellent deal on parts for our cars. 10% over cost.
I'll try and find a diagram through my Haynes, I doubt I'll have it though.

I was actually able to locate the DPFE sensor from Checkers (Autozone). It came to around 80 bucks and is for an 04, even though mine is an 03.
The only thing I need now is someone to tell me how to hook up these vac lines. Thanks |

Dude, its already on this site.
http://forums.focaljet.com/team-tech...-photos-4.html IF you do it yourself, like i did, remember to pull the battery leads, so your system can can reset. I didn't do it for mine, and it hasn't worked yet. Somebody else suggested to do this, so i'm going to do it today and see what happens. |
