Throttle Cable
I was wondering if the small wire connecting to the top of the throttle is supposed to be a little loose or tight whenever you pull the throttle to rev the engine....- 01' ZX3 Focus

It should have a tiny bit of play at idle (loose), and tighten when you push the pedal.

whenever i pull it towards me it doesnt tighten at all, it gets loose. But i drove it and it ran fine...not sure about it?

That's normal... it is loose in one direction and tight in the other. If it wasn't there wouldn't be enough slack to install it.
