electrical short headlights and ac fan not working

I was replacing some leads to the positive battery terminal and when i reconnected it sparked a few times and now my headlights wont come on and the fan for the ac wont work. the fog lights work and the parking lights work as well as turn signals, horn, and radio. checked all the fuses.
