Almost definitely related to the tie rod ends or possibly the inner tie rod. Both can be replaced with common hand tools, but the inner tie rod is difficult.

so you think its the actual ti rod needs to be replaced or is it bushings that are worn out? (ends have the bushing I guess?) its seems like my struts are letting the front plop down hard also but it doesnt continue to move like the old days when shocks were worn out and it ![]()

ok its actual about 1/8" of in out on the tie rod under the rubber boot looking at exploded parts views I cant tell whats under there, what would be loose? is the only fix to replace it? I see they say cut the boot off when replace but maybe one of the hurricane pot holes knocked something in there I can fix w/o the whole rod anyone?

The tie rod ends are cheap. Don't mess with trying to repair it. Just remove the nut, drive the end out of the spindle, take a couple wrenches and spin off the end.. do the reverse to replace.
