Default Caliper/Shoe Spring?

well im sure there is a purpose for it, prop to hold the bigass shoes firmly.. but whatever it is how do you reinstall it.. gotta do it on mine i just did the axle seal on and a buddies car i just did the clutch on.... I tryed using my brake tools to put it on but just cant after screwing with it and it shooting off a few times I just move onto something else
