I had to run some wire along my passenger kick panel and noticed my ECU/PCM, whatever you call it was kind of hot to the touch. I had just turned the car off after about a half hour of use. I'm not sure if the unit usually gets like that with normal use. If someone could check this out for me next time you shut your car off. It's just a matter of dropping down the glove box door and feeling with your hand.

I honestly could imagine getting a little bit warm to the touch. After all, it's bascially a computer in an enclosed metal case. Ever touched a computer harddrive after running in a computer for over an hour and it's still ventilated? It's not cool.
Just a guestimation however.

I wouldn't say it should be hot but a little warm is normal.
