Tirerack is one of the most supportaive companies to APO customers. They have by far the BEST customer service I have delt with in 11 years of APO shipping.
BTW I just did a order for 2 tires and need to get FJ credit for it.

Thanks for your inquiry. I totally understand your comment, however, in order to provide the best possible pricing, our pricing is calculated on a volume based warehouse type pricing schedule, so we always put our best price out from the start.
As such, we do not negotiate product pricing or freight, offer additional discounts, price match, or have sales in the normal sense, i.e., with fixed start / stop dates. If our price goes up, the retail price goes up, if we get a volume discount or special deal, our retail price goes down until we sell back down to our normal stock levels or our cost goes up again. As such, while we would really appreciate your business, unfortunately, we can not offer an additional discount. Best regards, Roger

When asked for an associate name or ext, I just put "Roger Ext. 627" in the list, also went through the webite link when I ordered my tires. Yeah! I've been driving on the same damned tires the car lot put on my SVTF for over a year now, high time I got something decent.

I guess this post wasn't clear enough. TR helps support FJ...no specials to you per say, unless you count all the free information that FJ has available.

Thank you to everyone that uses the FJ link, it does help offset our operating costs.
You can also order tires, wheels, etc. for ANY kind of car through the link, not just for the Focus. So, if you have friends, family or co-workers that are going to place an order please let them know. Thanks! |

I order tires from them all the time at work, would that help you if I mentioned it when I order? I also get the wholesale prices so I am wondering if that will help out with the commission aspect

Roger, I ordered a set of Bridgestone Potenza's & a tire preasure monitoring system on Friday to be shipped to MD. The sales associate Fred was real helpfull & informative. I did ask him to give what ever advertising credit to FocalJet since it wasn't an internet order. Just want to make sure credit's given where it's due.

I ordered 4 tires yesterday. I ordered a size, that wasnt a good match for my wheels. Within 3 minutes of placing the order, They called me, to make sure i was correct on my order.
I was very happy he called, as he suggested a tire that was more of a better fit. So i got those instead. I used the link, but not too sure if went through, since the order was changed. I talked to Larry...very nice guy! Thanks for your help! Order #: 6150129 if that helps. |

Ordered a set of RE01Rs (earlier this year) and a full set of AGX struts/shocks (yesterday). Am I supposed to put the Focaljet website addy in for sales rep name, or does the banner associate credit? Can't wait to get my new struts, I've been running 5-year-old stock components with coilovers for the past 3 years, haha...that has turned into a bumpy ride, especially for an autocrosser!
