I'd say that's a pretty educated opinion that was just given. A set of 4 15" Blizzaks for $230 is a freaking steal, as is getting a set of wheels for $310.

Those Blizzaks will manage just fine in 98% of the weather they'll probably ever see in their lifetime.

Not ! please see my email (newbie) on my experience buying two winter wheels/tire sets. Sales guy was certain you could put the new wheels/winter snows on my 2008 Milan,,," no problem". Did it, problem. The TPMS light comes on. Exactly the system discussion I had with TR sales rep before spending $300+ on sensors for each set of snows. Now, TR guy says,,," go to dealer and have it activated..." Dealer says ,,," $89.95". And, when I put the all seasons on next Spring,,,,," another 89.95..." . TR should be better trained and run interference when they screw up. Further, I asked TR to make sure they tell new customers about the potential of extra time and cost. No reply. I just hope the 2008 Mazda situation is better when we put the new winter sets on it.

After buying over 12 sets of winter wheel/tire sets from TR, I am disappointed. Granted these systems are new,,but, heck they are in the tire/wheel business.
