Default Rear disc brake swap???

What is the cheapest way to switch to rear disc brakes on a 01 ZX3 and is it worth it on a daily driver? I would like a little better stopping power and I hate the way the "LITTLE" drums look.

id say daily driving its not worth all the hassles. just keep the drums.

They look just as little as the front stock rotors.
