Default Rota Wheels

Ok I have a couple quick questions.

Currently I have a set or 16" royal bronze rota Slipstreams. I am haveing an issue where two of my wheels bronze coating is chipping away like there is no tomorrow. I have not put many miles on these wheels at all and It's getting rather annoying being. Wondering if anyone knows of any way to possibly get these replaced by rota.

Other question is about the 15" rota rims. I have a TCE mini break kit on my car which has 11.75" front rotors and 4 piston calipers. i want to know if anyone has tried to fit the 15" rotas over these brakes or if possibly someone may have a set of 15" slips in the Southern WI northern IL area that I can try on my car. I really want a set of these for the drag strip to put slicks on.
