Wrong forum. This should be in wheels and brakes.

I dont have anything to help, except some gently used tires that are available for sale.

What are you looking for in a tire? High Performance or or something that will last long? There really is a good bit of tires in the sub 100 dollar range if you don't want top of the line.

I've got General Altimax HP's on my 07 and I love them...they're quiet and they're great in the rain...We'll see how they do in the snow...Buy the way they're 215/50/17's on SVT wheels and I think Tire Rack has them for 106.00.. 16's are even cheaper...

I will second the above post about the General Altimax HP tires. Mine are 16's (205/50 R16) on stock '07' SES wheels. They are quiet, corner great, and did well in the snow. I have almost 5,000mls on mine and they are wearing well. I think you would be hard pressed to find a better 'all around' tire for the money. I choose them after reading the 'many' positive reviews's at Tire Rack.
