Default Do brake lines got hot enough to melt rubber?

Well I know the obvious response to this question is going to be "duh, of course not the stock brake lines are rubber" , but I know there are different qualities of rubber and different blends hold up to temps differently. Reason I am asking is I have stainless braided brake lines, and the clips they came with are about 1/32" thick which equals alot of rattling. I used stock clips instead which bubble out a bit but the lines still have a bit of movement and still rattle, I know its the brake lines rattling at joints because I can wiggle them with ease by hand and when I apply brake pressure when moving the rattling goes away. I believe this is common for braided lines as every car I have seen with them has done this. So, to my question, I bought some cheap 1/8" rubber washers that I wanted to put in between brake line fittings and clip to eliminate rattle, I just want to make sure the lines don't get hot enough to melt that cheap rubber because I don't really want to smell or have to clean that. Thanks in advance for any help.

In my experience, the heat from the brakes is isolated to the area within 6" or so of the caliper. I don't expect any issues with rubber at the body clips.
