Welcome to FocalJet.

Yes, the SVT Focus rims fit. A friend of mine did the first-gen 5-spoke rims with his Contour. I know some other guys use SVT Focus rims for their track wheels as well.

The EAPs are a bit heavy for tracking I think, but they can take a hell of a beating

They're around 20 pounds, which while not lightweight for a 17" wheel, it isn't as bad as some mid-twenty pound wheels designed more for appearance. On the subject of taking a beating, I was also going to mention to the original poster that if you do find a set of used wheels to inspect them carefully. The outer face of the wheel is pretty strong but the unsupported inner lip on the EAP wheels can bend fairly easily. If you found a good deal on used it might be worthwhile if they're in perfect condition, but with the price of new wheels being so reasonable I wouldn't expect much less perfect if it were me.

I had some issues with teh inside lip of the EAP actually breaking. It knocked a 4inch chunk of the inner lip off. It still held air suprisngly...but they were also powdercoated...

i figured i could just get em new for cheap enough. unless i seen an amazing deal on used. well 20 pounds is prety close to what the stock contours weigh. of course id love some light weight stuff. do you guys have any to reccomend that are light? possibly anything that resembles the euro? thanks for the feedback.

OZ has some nice wheels including their Superturismo GT which are on clearance right now at the Tire Rack and are similar in design to the ST170/EAP wheels, but they're still twice as expensive. It's not listed but I also wouldn't be surprised if they weighed a few pounds more. Some of the wheel guys might be able to chime in with some recommendation but there's a lot of knock-off multi-spoke type wheels and you should be able to find something in the 4x108 bolt pattern. Another option you might keep an eye out is if anyone locally is selling some of the stock '09+ wheels that come on the SES sedan and coupes. They're a slightly different finish but still look pretty nice for a factory wheel.
