Those are pretty tall... 25.5"
Are these for your stock 14" steelies? It might fit, but your speedo would be way off, it'll raise the car, and rubbing is a possibility.

185/70R14s are even on the large size (I had inner fender liner rubbing on my first Focus with this size and a 1.5" drop) so I would say 195/70 is definitely too big...you might be able to get away with using them at stock ride-height, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I've run 195/75-14s on stock height (ZX3) with no problem. Great for Michigan winters. Felt like a 4X4!
