who does stretch tires what tire company will discount tire do it thanks how does it work what do they do

It all depends on the person mounting them.

Its obviously not recommended, so they may or may not do it, depending on tire sizes and amout of stretch.

I get my stuff done by a local owned business, so I've never had a Big Box Tire shop do any mounting...
