    Default Front End Noise

Hey FJ, I recently noticed a couple different noises coming from my front wheels. The first is a squeak sort of noise, a rubber on rubber noise coming from the driver front wheel area. I can only hear it at slow speeds and the noise is centripetal. What could this be?

The second is a pretty loud whirring tire noise coming from both front wheels. The whirring gets louder the faster I go so I think its bad wheel bearings? If it is bearings, which ones should I get? There are a few choices on Rock Auto. Thanks for any suggestions!

Gotta be diagnosed. Can you replicate the squeaking noise while not driving?

The whirring noise kinda sounds like tires/brakes. Generally wheel bearings make more of a whine.

I agree, the whirring sounds like tires and the rubber sound I can't think of what that would be unless tires/brakes. And at higher speeds the sound is probably drown out which is why you can't hear it at higher speeds.

Thanks for the replies, turns out it was just the knuckle that attaches to my coilover needed tightning. The whirring noise is the bearings though.
