Online Ordering!!

Went looking on your website for this part # YS4Z-6N664-BA, found it, but what stopped me from ordering it was the shipping price, "TBD". Can't do that when it's a checking account that payment comes from. If you can let me know what the total cost would be to ship to zip code 61614 it would be most appreciated.

Also, would be nice if you could set up a PayPal since it's an instant transfer of funds.

Well it looks like there is no more response from our sponsor for online ordering so i had to pay a big price for my part locally.

We can only monitor orders during business hours, sorry for the inconvenience.

The website is just an ordering method, it still requires a human being on our end to invoice the parts, pull them, package them and ship them.

As for the shipping cost thing, there is simply no way to have the website give you shipping costs.

If you base it off the part price you could have one guy ordering a 30 pound $300.00 driveshaft paying the same shipping costs as a guy ordering a 1 pound $300.00 PCM.

When we receive an order we respond letting you know we got the order and at that time we give you an estimate of shipping costs and if you think our shipping charge is out of line you then have the ability to repsond to us about it.

I wish the website could do everything on it's own but it's simply not possible.

M-17831-F is the front and M-17835-F is the rear but they may not be on the website.

- Front wiper fluid spray nozzles
- the plastic clips that secure the wiper fluid hoses onto the underside of the hood
- front license plate mounting hardware. I guess I could use a generic one here...

Here we go,

- Front wiper fluid spray nozzles $3.95 each P/N YS4Z-17603-EA

- the plastic clips that secure the wiper fluid hoses onto the underside of the hood--There is no clip, the nozzles snap into the hood.

- front license plate mounting hardware. I guess I could use a generic one here...--Just use sheet metal screws, Ford uses giant metal rivets that no one outside a dealership has a rivet gun for.

I have generic hardware on mine.

I'm talking about the plastic guides that hold the hoses onto the hood. Not the nozzles, which I know clip into the hood itself.

The front is $330.00 and the rear is $264.00

Keep in mind, the online catalog is provided by a third party and it's about as good as it gets.

The factory parts catalog system requires years of practice to be proficient and even then a lot of parts guys never get beyond being passable.

If the online system doesn't get you where you want to go I'm always here to help.

I can take your orders by phone or you can PM me and I can even provide part numbers for you to enter on the website so you don't have to try to look them up yourself.

its a totally different kit, i have that on my car....love it!

i know steve had a set on his car too but traded for something else.
