Tuning and parts? Well, that's all dependent on what you want to do with your car and how much you're willing to spend. Most people her will tell you to stick with the name brands offered by our sponsors.
If you're on a budget, chances are you need to save up to spend on what you want, or you need to find the parts used. You've already placed a Wanted To Buy (WTB) post over a month ago, and some people appeared to have given you some suggestions as to where to get items. Because of the sheer amount of people that go through this forum, your best bet is checking back frequently at the WTB section. If you want people to at least consider you in their sale, you'd best put your location in your profile. Some members aren't willing to sell to distant members because of the shipping costs and (sometimes) headaches.
