Exclamation Before You Post Your Question....

Ask yourself... "does this go here?"

Zetec tuning is for questions about modifying the performance of your Zetec engine. Questions about intakes, exhaust, cams, cam gears, chips, heads, valves, short block, long block modifications... anything thats changing the engine's performance. Also we'll happily take questions pertaining to problems arising from those modifications... "I just installed my intake manifold and now I've got this...." Yah we'll take that!

Questions about Check Engine Lights, bad idles, some unusual noise, clicking, and/or rattle... those go to Team Tech. Basically if you have a problem and it didn't come from working on or modifying your car... ask there! Team Tech will happily answer your questions pertaining to your fuel cutting out... or a lack of power above 3K RPM.

Questions about your transmission, shifter, gearshift, etc INCLUDING transmission swaps, gear replacements, tranny fluids, clutches and flywheels all go to our newest forum "Shift It!"

Brakes, Tires, Wheels, etc all are discussed with ferver in the Tire Rack forum.

Each of these places are frequented by very knowledgable people... and you question is best asked there, cuz once you get an answer, people will look there for information and to see how their experience relates to yours.

Thank you much! If you have any questions, feel free to PM me or email me

PS- Most, if not all of the Zetec gurus post in Tech as well... so its not like your question won't get answered... its just an effort to maintain a leaner, meaner place for peeps to find the answers to questions that have been already asked... like "what headers do I want" without wading through a bunch of "my floor is soaking wet!" posts.
